To ensure further sustainable development in the Lithuanian market, we invite a qualified Technical Consultant to join our team. Your main mission will be to create added value for our partners – plumbing and heating system installers – by providing top-level technical support and ensuring the availability of Viega systems on construction sites.

Your Responsibilities:

• Market Development & Education: Targeted visits to plumbing and HVAC installation companies across Lithuania, presenting the latest Viega piping and press system solutions (Sanpress Inox, Temponox, Prestabo).
• Technical Consulting: Professional consulting for installers directly on construction sites. Conducting technical seminars and product demonstrations, highlighting the efficiency and safety of our press technology.
• Building Long-term Relationships: Establishing and maintaining trust-based, long-term partnerships with existing and new clients, consistently representing the values of our premium brand.
• Strategic Collaboration: Close collaboration with colleagues. Your contribution in the installer segment will ensure sustainable sales results and complement the overall corporate sales strategy for large-scale projects.
• Market Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and analysis of trends in the building technology market to proactively respond to customer needs.

Your Profile:

• Sales Experience: Mandatory proven successful experience in active B2B sales (preferably in the engineering, building materials, or HVAC sectors).
• Driver's License: You have a valid Category B driver's license and are prepared for active mobile work (regular travel to construction sites across Lithuania).
• Independence and Organization: You are independent, proactive, able to plan your time and customer visits in a structured manner, and are strictly results-oriented.
• Technical Competence: You possess an excellent engineering understanding. You can quickly absorb technical information and convey it clearly and with strong arguments to customers.
• Communication & Representation: You stand out with a high culture of communication, the ability to listen to customer needs, and to professionally represent an international corporation.
• Languages: Fluent in Lithuanian and English (German language skills are an advantage).
