A Day in the Life

Your role within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team. Provide PCS expertise on how the systems should function in a clinical or operational setting, leads the PCS project team, manages project delivery, ensures compliance, and drives adoption of best practices, drives CareLink services adoption. Advises on tender IT tender requirements. We continually strive to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide expert technical consultancy and support to healthcare professionals on Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management systems and digital solutions
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of connected care technologies within hospital environments
• Deliver product training and technical education to clinicians and hospital staff, ensuring confident and effective use of Medtronic solutions
• Partner with customers to identify workflow improvements and recommend technology solutions that enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
• Support the integration of Medtronic systems with hospital IT infrastructure, working collaboratively with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders
• Act as the technical lead for customer projects, ensuring successful delivery, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide technical expertise during customer evaluations, tenders, and product deployments, while supporting the adoption of new technologies and services

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience within cardiac rhythm management, cardiac monitoring, medical devices, healthcare IT, or a related clinical environment
• A background in software, computer technology, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical discipline
• Experience working with hospitals and clinical teams
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
