Medius is seeking a Technical Consultant with a strong focus on integrations, including both pre-packaged out-of-the-box integrations and REST APIs, to support international projects within our Professional Services team. You will play a key role in implementing our spend management suite by deploying and configuring integrations with customer ERPs and guiding clients on best-practice usage of APIs and system integrations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, working closely with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems.
Guide and support customers in the use of Medius REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
Configure Medius SaaS applications and support best-practice configuration.
Implement Data Capture solutions and EDI invoice imports.
Provide documented setup and configuration for handover to the support team.
Collaborate with technical peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and APIs.
Previous experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS environments.
Structured working approach with strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to work evening shifts.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX / F&O, NAV / Business Central), or Infor M3.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
