£51,000 - £58,000 plus private healthcare, pension with up to 10% employer contributions and more great benefits (Work Level 5)
Home based - in this role you can be based anywhere in the UK, coming to our Manchester office for team meetings and events and some occasional national travel to visit sites when required (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
We're looking for two Technical Compliance Managers to join our Property Risk, Health, Safety and Environment team and help us ensure our sites are safe, compliant and fit for the future. These roles will lead compliance, risk and assurance activity across our trading and non-trading property estate, helping us meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities while continuously improving how we manage compliance across Co-op.
We're recruiting for two specialist areas: one role with a focus on Asbestos Management and one with a focus on Fire Safety & Protection. While each role will provide expertise in its specialist discipline, both will support and influence compliance activity across a broader range of technical compliance areas.
Property compliance plays a critical role in protecting our colleagues, customers, members and business. These are influential roles where you'll help shape compliance strategy, provide expert guidance, and work with senior stakeholders to strengthen standards across one of the UK's largest and most diverse property portfolios. It's an opportunity to drive meaningful change, influence important decisions, and help build a culture that goes beyond simply meeting compliance requirements.
We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:
