As a Technical Business Analyst Partner Solutions, you will support the Group Software Partner Management team in developing and continuously improving scalable solutions for effective collaboration with software partners across the GLS Group. This includes leveraging AI, BI, automation, and modern digital tools to optimize internal and external processes.
Working at the intersection of business, technology, and partner management, you will translate business and partner needs into prioritized roadmaps, requirements, and technical designs. You will ensure accountable delivery—either hands-on or by coordinating internal teams and external providers.
You will also work directly with software partners, gain a deep understanding of their solutions and integrations, and develop subject matter expertise in selected partner solutions and business domains.
