What You’ll Do
Work directly with developers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements
Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps in communication
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
Propose and implement improvements to how requirements are captured and managed
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation
Support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet business expectations
Establish lightweight processes and documentation where needed
What you will learn:
You will own the Business Analyst function for the team
You’ll have the freedom to define how the role operates
You are encouraged to challenge existing processes and implement changes
You’ll work independently, with guidance available when needed but not constant direction
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to take initiative.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in software development, particularly cloud-based applications
Basic understanding of Agile concepts (user stories, backlogs, etc.)
Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
Familiarity with .NET, Angular, or modern web applications
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
