Job Description

The Technical Business Analyst will work with AI and Automation Initiatives, Sales/Service Cloud implementation serves as the critical bridge between business strategy and the technical implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities for automation, translating complex business problems into clear technical requirements, and ensuring the solution delivers measurable business value while adhering to ethical and compliance standards.

What you’ll do:

• Identify Use Cases: Partner with business stakeholders across departments to analyze current workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI, ML, or RPA adoption, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and improved decision-making.
• Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases, including Return on Investment (ROI) and sensitivity analysis, for proposed AI and automation projects to justify investment and prioritize initiatives.
• Process Modeling: Conduct detailed current-state assessments and document current-state and future-state process flows to map manual workflows into structured, automatable processes.
• Requirements Elicitation: Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements specifically tailored for AI/ML models and automation systems.
• Translate & Bridge: Act as the translator between business leaders (focusing on "why" and "what") and the technical teams.
• UAT and Testing: Define testing strategies, including acceptance criteria, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the automation or AI solution meets the defined business outcomes and functional precision.

What experience you need:

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams in a matrix environment.
• Proven ability to manage a project end to end with multiple stakeholder engagement.
• Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.

• Highly experienced (2+ years) Product/Project professional with a solid technical grasp of AI, Automation, and Salesforce Cloud platforms, coupled with strong Agile experience and a proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• To excel in this pivotal role, you will possess a strong blend of analytical rigor, and collaborative spirit
• AI/ML Fundamentals: A working knowledge of core AI concepts, including different types of Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised), Generative AI, and the capabilities/limitations of these technologies.
• Automation Platforms: Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) or conversational AI platforms (e.g., Gemini , Copilot Studio, LLM).
• Prompt Engineering: The ability to craft clear, effective instructions and conversational flows for generative or agentic AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical experts.
• Change Management: Ability to drive adoption and train end-users on new AI-enabled processes, addressing concerns related to trust, transparency, and job function changes.
