In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering critical technology and business improvements across public transport, customer and tolling systems. This role will see you partner closely with operational teams, business owners and delivery stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
You will navigate complex business and technology environments to improve processes, support system enhancements, and ensure high quality, scalable and secure solutions are delivered across enterprise platforms.
This position is based at our Parramatta Square office and will work within the team’s established rhythm. This currently includes regular in-person collaboration days on Tuesday and Wednesday, subject to changes as per workplace presence requirements.

About you
You’re recognised as a collaborative and trusted Business Analyst, skilled at gathering and translating requirements, facilitating workshops and building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams. Experienced in business analysis methodologies and frameworks such as IIBA BABOK, you bring an understanding of process and data modelling, user stories, integrations and enterprise systems, along with 2–3 years’ experience working within complex or large-scale organisations.
Your stakeholder engagement skills, analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex problems, formed across operational, business improvement, transformation or technology focused environments, will see you excel in identifying business needs, shaping solution requirements and supporting successful delivery outcomes.
