What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support the design, implementation, and lifecycle of BPM/workflow systems
- Assist with solution configuration, testing, and deployment
- Monitor project tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Prepare and execute test cases and user acceptance activities
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients
- Work with data— extraction, manipulation, and presentation
- Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives
What You Bring
- Degree in IT, Computing, or related field
- 1–2 years of IT or business solutions experience
- Exposure to SQL, data handling, or BPM platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Confident communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and improve
