Job Description

  • You will contribute to the migration, harmonization, and development of B2B data flows across Europe by designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations on the B2B platform

As a Technical Business analyst, with an experience of 3 to 5 Years , you act as the bridge between business teams, software developers, infrastructure, and operations to ensure robust, automated, and scalable data exchange across Eurofins systems.

Your goal is to deliver reliable, monitored, and high-quality B2B workflows supporting the Eurofins NG ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

    • Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements for B2B integrations.
    • Translate needs into actionable user stories, PBIs, test cases, and specifications.
    • Challenge requests, provide alternatives, and ensure alignment with NG architecture & Roadmap.

2. Integration Development (EDI Platform)

    • Configure, develop, and maintain workflows on INUBIT(EDI Platform).
    • Build data transformation logic using XSLT and INUBIT mapping tools.
    • Implement routing, validation, functional rules, and error-handling scenarios.
    • Parametrize RML for mappings, partner settings, monitoring, and metadata.

3. Project Coordination & Delivery

    • Coordinate with IT, business, infra, and operations teams during all migration phases.
    • Drive the migration of existing local Legacy B2B flows to the B2B platform.
    • Assist in planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking (Agile/Hybrid environment).
    • Prepare impact analysis, effort estimations, and solution proposals.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

    • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and support UAT with business users.
    • Validate compliance of integrations with business expectations.
    • Ensure quality through structured documentation and traceability.

5. Deployment & Support

    • Contribute to production deployment, monitoring setup, and HyperCare.
    • Provide Level‑2 expertise to support teams for incident resolution.
    • Monitor flows proactively to prevent outages and automate error detection.

Key Stakeholders

You will collaborate daily with:

    • Business users in laboratories across Europe
    • Developers and BAs of the B2B project team
    • Infrastructure, Cloud, and Operations teams
    • Support teams (L1/L2/L3)
    • International partners exchanging B2B data.

Qualifications & Skills Required

    • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Experience as Business Analyst, Integration Specialist, or B2B/EDI Developer
    • Knowledge of EDI/B2B concepts, APIs, XML/JSON, and data transformation.
    • Hands-on XSLT development experience (preferably XSLT 2.0/3.0).
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
    • Fluent in English (spoken + written).

Nice to have

    • Experience with Inubit BPM
    • Familiarity with Eurofins architecture or NG ecosystem.
    • Understanding of Cloud-based integration principles.
    • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
