  • Support Agile delivery through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition
  • Participate in solution validation, UAT coordination, and post-implementation reviews
  • Serve as liaison between business, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and system diagrams
  • Present findings, recommendations, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in software or systems development environments
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives

  • Experience with system architecture concepts, APIs, integrations, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, model evaluation, data pipelines)
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schemas, and code snippets

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Exposure to prompt engineering, generative AI systems, or LLM-based applications
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or AI-related coursework
