About the Role

• 
  Lead requirement workshops with SMEs, product leads, and data scientists to shape solution approaches.
• 
  Translate complex business needs into detailed specs, workflows, and integration guidelines for engineering.
• 
  Partner with architects to ensure design integrity, compliance, and security in data/AI solutions.
• 
  Validate and test GenAI workflows, model outputs, and API integrations, ensuring quality and alignment.
• 
  Act as the primary bridge between business leadership and delivery teams, influencing solution trade-offs.
• 
  Define and track business-aligned KPIs for AI/ML adoption, model performance, and workflow efficiency.
• 
  Mentor junior BAs and drive documentation, governance, and stakeholder alignment best practices.
• 
  Shape strategic impact by ensuring that GenAI and data initiatives deliver CFO-level value (cost, productivity, growth, risk reduction).

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

Must-Have Skills:

• 
  7–9 years of experience in business analysis and solution design, with proven impact in AI/ML, data, or cloud-driven projects.
• 
  Strong expertise in end-to-end requirement gathering, functional specs, workflow design, and stakeholder management.
• 
  Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle stages, and integration points.
• 
  Proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, and performance monitoring KPIs.
• 
  Ability to manage trade-offs (accuracy vs. latency, cost vs. performance) and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• 
  Strong facilitation skills for requirement workshops and executive reviews.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• 
  Practical exposure to GenAI workflows (RAG, guardrails, LLM evaluation).
• 
  Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Telco) with compliance frameworks.
• 
  Hands-on familiarity with Python scripting, prompt validation, or API testing.
• 
  Background in mentoring junior BAs and driving best practices in documentation and governance.
