In this role, you'll:


Work as part of a team delivering cutting-edge research, development and technology uplift across critical traffic management systems. This role will see you play a key part in translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable outcomes that support the evolution of a highly specialised and globally significant platform.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, shaping and refining requirements, breaking down complex concepts into user-friendly components, and contributing to the successful migration and enhancement of a critical application used to manage and operate SCATS intersections.

This position is a Fixed Term Full-Time opportunity until 30 November 2027. It is based at our 477 Pitt St Haymarket office and will work within the team's established rhythm.

About you


Your strong analytical capability and technical business analysis experience, formed across complex technology or large-scale organisational environments, will see you excel in interpreting detailed requirements, navigating ambiguity, and turning extensive research and documentation into structured, meaningful deliverables. You bring sound business acumen and the ability to simplify the complex, enabling teams to deliver effectively and on time.

You're recognised as a clear communicator and problem solver, skilled at translating technical information for diverse audiences, and experienced in working across multiple stakeholders in agile or project-based environments. With a curious mindset and willingness to learn, you thrive in technically complex settings, confidently contributing to innovative solutions that deliver real impact.
