Education:
You have successfully completed studies in engineering or a comparable field of study.
Experience and know-how:
You have professional experience in the field of project management (including PMQ certification) as a project leader. In addition experience in development would be appreciated.
Ideally, you have first experience in a management position (e.g. as a group leader).
In addition, you have a profound knowledge of external and internal standards (e.g. ISO, Bosch CDs) in your field of expertise.
Personality:
You present yourself in an open and confident manner, communicating effectively across various hierarchical levels. You communicate with respect and have the ability to steer emotional discussions back to an objective level. You are able to learn quickly in various fields. You like to travel and work in a cross-cultural environment.
Language:
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing). Additional language skills are a plus.
