
You manage the scheduling and task coordination for the department leadership as well as the Group Manager of Warehouse Operations Technology independently – including preparation, follow-up, and prioritization.
You ensure transparency by tracking deadlines, various open tasks, as well as production and project commitments between teams.
As an operational point of contact, you coordinate appointments, projects, and collaboration between different teams within the Warehouse Technology group.
You are responsible for documentation, filing structures, and knowledge organization (e.g., in Confluence and SharePoint) while ensuring information remains up-to-date and easily accessible.
You also support with specifications, market and product research, and the structured preparation of solution options (without decision-making responsibility).
Coordinative project and backup/representative tasks are part of your daily work, with the perspective of increasing responsibility over time.
You bring several years of experience in a comparable role (e.g., assistant, operations, project, or organizational support).
Your working style is structured, organized, and strong in documentation; you are confident with common Office tools (e.g., M365) and communicating in English.
Practical experience with Confluence and/or SharePoint distinguishes you — ideally complemented by exposure to technical or operational environments.
You demonstrate a high level of independence, initiative, and a process-driven, reliable way of working.
You approach tasks in a hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way while maintaining accuracy and a strong quality focus.
