Enfinity is looking for a Technical Asset Manager (EU) to manage the technical performance of the asset fleet in in Italy. This person will be hands on in the field as needed to handle the O&M of the plants owned by Enfinity and involved in commissioning and on-going maintenance of projects installed in the field as well as leading the reporting to investors and other stakeholders.

As part of the growing Asset Management Team you will cover a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the performance across a portfolio of renewable energy assets (in Italy), with 1+ GW in operations by 2026

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management Europe, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance, asset performance, warranty management, contractor and contract management, energy delivery and performance reporting.

This role will also lead the creation and management of generation budgets for the assigned assets and drive innovation in performance management.

Location: Milan or Rome

Requirements

  • Oversee the day-to-day field operations of a portfolio of utility-scale solar plants.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with offtakers, financing parties on performance matters and transmission operators to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly operating reports, monthly actual to budget reports, and annual operating budgets.
  • Manage the handover of sites from the internal Construction Management team, ensuring smooth and timely processes, and anticipating possible hick-ups.
  • Manage, with the support of the Real Estate team, relationships with local stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all permitting requirements.
  • Manage O&M Agreements and Long-Term Services Agreements to ensure compliance from service providers and to develop long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate outages and unplanned maintenance including the investigation, analysis, and resolution of system issues.
  • Manage and supervise site performance, site management, service providers performance and any other third party at the assigned sites.
  • Manage warranty claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s or other equipment or service providers until successful completion.
  • Along with the Global Performance Excellence team, manage fleet performance analysis and reporting, seek improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the organization
