Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect (Fit-Out) with strong experience in interior fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, technical detailing, site coordination, and ensuring successful execution of fit-out works in compliance with project specifications and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare architectural fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and detailed design packages.
• 
  Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for design approvals and execution.
• 
  Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• 
  Develop space planning, material selection, and interior detailing solutions.
• 
  Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, project standards, and authority requirements.
• 
  Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and design conflicts.
• 
  Conduct site inspections and monitor fit-out progress to ensure quality and design compliance.
• 
  Prepare RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• 
  Support project teams during execution, snagging, and project handover stages.
• 
  Assist in value engineering and design optimization when required.
• 
  Ensure projects are delivered within schedule and budget requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 
  Minimum 8+ years of experience in architectural fit-out projects.
• 
  Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, or high-end interior projects.
• 
  Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• 
  Knowledge of BIM coordination and fit-out detailing is preferred.
• 
  Familiarity with Saudi codes, authority regulations, and construction standards.
• 
  Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in site supervision and fit-out execution.
• 
  Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior construction methodologies.
• 
  Experience in coordination with consultants and contractors.
• 
  Strong understanding of shop drawing preparation and approval processes.
