Job Summary

Lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of Infor Optiva PLM solutions. Provide technical leadership for architecture decisions, system integrations, customization, performance optimization, and cloud/on-premise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define end-to-end Infor Optiva solution architecture.
2. Design and implement integrations with ERP, MDM, MES, Quality, and regulatory systems
3. Lead data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
4. Develop and support Optiva customizations, workflows, reports, and business rules.
5. Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
6. Establish development standards, code reviews, and technical governance.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
8. Mentor developers and technical consultants.
9. Participate in solution estimation, project planning, and client discussions.
