Job Summary

1. SFMC Technical Lead (8–15 Years)

Skill Summary

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, platform setup, and enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Core and other enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing solutions (Email, WhatsApp, LINE, SMS, etc.)
• Strong technical skills in SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, APIs, and integrations
• Experience working within large enterprise technology landscapes
• Ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience
• Experience mentoring developers and leading delivery teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and AI-assisted delivery mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
