Architect – Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead solution design and provide technical guidance for modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native, container-based, distributed, and event-driven architectures, along with hands-on familiarity with modern programming languages and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and guide the development of cloud-based and containerized applications
- Define and support distributed architecture patterns and best practices
- Architect and implement message bus solutions such as Kafka, NATS, or similar technologies
- Lead the design of event-driven systems and integration patterns
- Partner with development teams to build applications using Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for AI-based solutions, including agents and workflow automation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Support solution design for P&C Insurance systems and related business capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud and container-based application architectures
- Proven experience with distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in message bus technologies such as Kafka or NATS
- Strong background in event-based systems
- Familiarity with Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
- Experience designing or supporting AI-based solutions, including agents and workflow orchestration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in P&C Insurance
- Knowledge of PAS systems such as Duck Creek or Guidewire
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
