Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant for a client-facing mission focused on evolving and maintaining a hybrid integration platform that interconnects diverse information systems hosted on Microsoft Azure and on a private cloud for legacy applications. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will define technical architectures for solutions built on the integration platform, particularly for Enterprise Data Management (data referentials) and electronic payment systems, while guiding development teams and contributing to implementation.

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

This is a consultancy role with on-site collaboration at the client, operating under Keystone Solutions' consulting framework. You will work closely with the client's teams, combining on-site presence with remote work, to deliver robust technical architectures, hands-on development, and knowledge transfer. The service model is hybrid at 5 days per week with a minimum of 2 days on site in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evolve the architecture of the integration platform connecting information systems across Azure and a private cloud for legacy applications.
• Ensure ongoing evolution and maintenance of solutions developed on this platform.
• Define technical architectures for solutions on the integration platform, with emphasis on Enterprise Data Management (data referentials) and electronic payment systems.
• Lead a development team during implementations and contribute directly to developing parts or all of the solutions.
• Deliverables include: High Level Design; Technical Architecture Design; Technical Analysis Documents; Development and solution documentation; Handover and coaching of developers.
• Provide services in a hybrid mode: 5 days per week with a minimum of 2 days on site in Brussels.

• Architecture of hybrid integration platforms (Azure + private cloud / legacy applications): Level Expert, most recent experience this year.
• Azure (AKS, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Storage, Workbooks / Kusto Query Language): Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.
• Docker, containerization principles, Kubernetes, Helm, and Kustomize: Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.
• Enterprise Data Management / data referentials / subscription mechanisms to Authentic Sources: Level Expert, most recent experience this year.
• Integration of electronic payment solutions (Worldline SIPS, Xengo, Terminal CTEP) and CODA files: Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.
• Java 11 / 17 / 21 and J2EE platform: Level Expert, most recent experience this year.
• Quarkus: Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.
• REST, SOAP, WS-Security, SOA, and microservices: Level Expert, most recent experience this year.
• Spring 6.x, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Batch: Level Expert, most recent experience this year.
• Spring-WS: Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.
• WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (version 6.4 and above) and API Manager (version 2.6 and above): Level Advanced, most recent experience this year.

Languages:

Experience Questions (to be addressed by candidates):

• Do you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical architecture for integration solutions?
• Do you master event-driven architecture in a Microsoft Azure environment, notably the design of Topics, Queues, subscriptions, and dissemination strategies aligned with functional needs and data flows?
• Do you master architectural aspects related to Microsoft Azure Functions, including hosting models, access security, identity management/managed identities, network integrations, and operational best practices?
• Describe a hybrid integration architecture you designed or evolved, including applications hosted on Azure and on a private or legacy infrastructure. Specify the technical constraints encountered and the architectural trade-offs made.
• Describe a concrete experience implementing a data referential (EDM) or integration with Authentic Sources. What were the governance, context, and subscription challenges?
• Present an electronic payment integration or inter-institution data exchange you delivered (e.g., Worldline SIPS, Xengo, CTEP, CODA, BCE, Fidus), explaining security, reliability, and traceability constraints.
• Do you have experience in the public sector?
• Describe your approach to compliance and data protection in the development lifecycle, particularly regarding GDPR.
