Evolver Federal is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the modernization of CMS mission-critical systems. You will be the primary architect responsible for transitioning legacy JBoss architectures into a cloud-native, event-driven ecosystem using Java/Spring Boot and AWS ECS Fargate.
This is a high-level design and governance role. You will not be "in the weeds" of daily coding; instead, you will own the architectural blueprint, define the migration path for legacy stored procedures, and secure approvals from the Architecture Review Board (ARB). You will ensure that all infrastructure-defined via CloudFormation-is secure, scalable, and integrated with our New Relic/Splunk observability stack.
