You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving excellence in transfusion and laboratory practices across Australia.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will deliver expert application and technical support on Grifols instrumentation and software within hospital and laboratory environments
• You will train and guide laboratory professionals to ensure optimal system usage and workflow efficiency

• You will build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for application support
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical support, commercial) to ensure seamless customer experience
• You will support system implementation, validation, and continuous performance improvement in blood banking laboratories
• You will travel across Australia (up to 60%), supporting a wide network of hospitals and labs.

  • IT & Software Affinity: Deep understanding of software applications, middleware, and interfaces, acting as a key technical bridge between the lab and the system.

  • Field Autonomy: Highly organized and self-driven professional comfortable with high travel (up to 60%) and independent territory management.
