Hybrid WorkingA developing specialist with growing independence and responsibility in routine tasks and projects

  • - Experience Required: 2 to 6 years.

    - Mode of work- Hybrid

    - Location-Hyderabad

  • Proven experience as a Workday Application Specialist, with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in Workday HCM and 4+ years’ overall experience in HR systems or related fields.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core Workday modules, including:
    • Human Capital Management (HCM) (essential)
    • At least one of Time and Absence, Benefits or Performance (essential)
    • Knowledge of Recruitment, Learning, and Talent Management (desirable)
  • Experience with additional products such as VNDLY, HiredScore, and Workday Planning is advantageous.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes across modules (e.g. HCM, Time and Absence, Benefits, Payroll), including initiation steps, validation rules, help text, and security policies.
  • Design and execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for bulk data loads and extracts, ensuring data integrity and alignment with Workday integration standards.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Develop and manage notifications, alerts, and Workday cards to support timely communication of events, approvals, and system updates.
  • Contribute to change request reviews, testing (including peer testing), and deployment planning to ensure safe, controlled, and compliant delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the wider Workday ecosystem and how modules integrate across the platform.
  • Ability to design and architect complex Workday solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
  • Stay up to date with the Workday roadmap and new feature releases, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and requirements.
  • Workday certifications are desirable.
