Job Description

· To work together with Operations Manager and Personnel Manager to ensure that only suitable personnel is used for inspection purpose.

· To keep updated Quality Management System for Accreditation Standards

· To evaluate inspector CV.

· To manage all training activities for inspectors portfolio.

· To manage the compliance of the deparTQMent to company policies and procedures.

· To manage all technical issue.

· To support inspectors in the technical field

· To manage all quotations / tenders from technical point of view

· To support BDM during visits performed at potential clients.

· To manage eReporting activities, including training for inspectors

· To support Coordinators with checking inspector Reports

Requirements

· TQM is responsible for keeping updated Quality Management System for Accreditation Standards

· Intertek Representative in relation with RENAR and Minister of Economy or other Romanian Authorities

· Intertek representative at surveillance or certification audit

· TQM is responsible for Internal Audit and Management Review

· TQM is responsible for review and revise working procedures and instructions, continuously.

· TQM is responsible for verification of first two inspection reports for each new order.

· Receive and review technical request from other Intertek entities or from outside of Intertek

· Answer at technical request with arguments

· Issued calculation for offer received for new tender in the technical fields

· Issue technical offer for tenders and send to BDM as part of final offer

· Issue JD for each position required for inspectors required in the projects

· Evaluate new resources founded by Intertek recruiter (IR) or OM

· Analyze and answer in case of complaints or NCR received by Intertek for inspections performed by Intertek inspectors

· Make market analysis from technical capability of competitors

· Analyze new tendence in the market for identifying new directions in inspection

· Intertek representative for technical and quality discussions with clients

· TQM will make report regularly to the General Manager regarding performance of the performance of personnel, and client feedback.

· TQM is responsible for preparing training programs for inspectors in the technical fields

· TQM will work together with Operation Manager and BDM for each specific projects

· TQM approve new inspector CV and include in the inspectors list.

· TQM is responsible for preparing Job Instructions, where necessary.

· TQM is responsible for client satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures.
