
Customer & Technical Support
Maintain regular contact with customers and conduct onsite visits.
Provide technical troubleshooting for customers’ manufacturing processes while they use the company’s products.
Introduce new products and update customers with relevant technical information on existing offerings.
Consult customers on product applications, usage methods, and technical requirements.
Formulation & Product Development
Customize and adjust supplier standard formulations to meet customer performance and cost requirements; propose competitive blending solutions.
Conduct technical research on market-related products and competitor offerings.
Evaluate supplier samples and ensure suitability for the Vietnamese market; support customers in lab blending activities.
Training & Certification Support
Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical trainings, seminars, and workshops for lubricant manufacturers and end-users.
Support customers with API and OEM approval processes; explain international lubricant and fuel standards clearly.
Documentation & Market Analysis
Prepare and manage technical documents related to product applications and customer requirements.
Develop market mapping reports for new products or new suppliers as required.
Laboratory Operations
Manage laboratory activities, including sample storage, testing, monitoring, and evaluation of blended lubricant products.
