Position: Technology Service Analyst

at Deutsche Services Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw

We are looking for the Technology Service Analyst who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical support and services to various departments of "Deutsche Bank DBU" (Deutsche Bank Ukraine) that operates as corporate bank in Ukraine, subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, and offers a full range of corporate banking products and services to its clients, i.e. subsidiaries of multinational companies and top tier local corporates.

This position based in Poland, Deutsche Services Polska, requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a solid understanding of banking operations and IT infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities

• Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements.
• Administration and support of the core banking system (B2)
• Provide remote support to end users
• Monitor and manage incidents through an IT service management platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Control and execution of daily procedures to support operational processes.
• Management/supporting of local IT infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory driven.
• Installation, testing, implementation of applications provided by the National Bank of Ukraine;
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.

Your skills and experience

• Project management skills
• Knowledge of network technologies: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS;
• Windows Server 2016/2019 , basic administration skills.
• Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of local application software.
• working with SQL queries (basic knowledge).
• Oracle, (basic knowledge).
• Unix skills would be a plus.
• Office 365, advanced user.
• Understanding of networks and rules.
• Creating and updating documentation on the use of IT systems.
• Experience with Service Desk, Jira, Confluence;
• Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level proficiency in English (Polish language is not mandatory).
