Job Description


Our client; a strategy and innovation advisory start-up focused on accelerating development in Africa, is currently looking to hire a Technical and Administrative Assistant to support their Director. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support across multiple projects, especially in the area of documentation and report preparation, with a view to ensuring successful execution.
Scope of work.
• Execute a diverse range of administrative tasks diligently and efficiently
• Attending meetings as needed, taking detailed notes, and accurately capturing action items and next steps.
• Preparing quality technical drafts of required reports for review
• Maintain accurate indexing, archiving and storage of project documentation.
• Undertake assigned follow-up action on next steps required to advance project objective
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record from a top university.

  • 1-3 years experience as a Technical & Administrative Assistant.
