Our technology powers billions of transactions annually that move over $10 trillion around the globe.

What you’ll own as the Technical Analyst

As the Technical Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the manager to drive the strategy and change forward and ensure a robust control environment. You will manage escalations, ad-hoc project work and the collation and analysis of statistics and MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for queries and escalations, provide accurate advice and information to both internal and external sources in a timely and professional manner
  • Producing reporting and MI to analyse and drive team performance
  • Support Scheme Settlements projects & act as a SME
  • Prioritise workload effectively throughout the day to ensure the team meets all SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Provide escalation to the Team Manager on a regular basis.
  • Continually look for ways of improving efficiencies, providing potential solutions and follow through to implementation.
  • Coach the team on any identified training gaps and errors made throughout the month.
  • Support SOX compliance

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within Settlement Operations.
  • Must be confident communicating at all levels – pro-active must have the confidence to approach other business areas for information needed.
  • Analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to evaluate complex issues and make decisions
  • Ability to look beyond the numbers to identify issues and anomalies and put corrective action in place.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast moving, challenging environment – must be highly motivated and able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Snowflake/tableau experience
  • Finance Degree
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting systems would be an advantage
