This role is responsible for defining and performing analysis, design, configuration, development, planning, implementation, and support of critical enterprise systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, and/or SCM) and the organization’s long-term technology roadmap. Responsibilities include managing and supporting complex application ecosystems, integrating cloud-based solutions, and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to support reporting, analytics, and data integrations.

• You will write business requirements including data retention specifications, report definitions, integrations, and data security requirements for complex Oracle Cloud and enterprise technology projects.

• You will design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, including development of reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher, application enhancements using Visual Builder Studio, and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.

• You will contribute to the technology strategy by leveraging IT Governance policies, architecture methodologies, and SOA governance, while helping define multi-year roadmaps that incorporate cloud, AI, and integration strategies.

• You will identify technology gaps, perform fit-gap analysis, and present recommendations for remediation, acting as a consultant across project portfolios.

• You will design, support, and execute Disaster Recovery processes across tiered environments including development, testing, UAT, production, and disaster recovery.

• You will prioritize line of business and/or Executive Funding Committee (EFC) projects and enhancement requests, including creating business cases and supporting strategic planning.

• You will develop and maintain critical vendor relationships, particularly with Oracle and integration partners.

• You will mentor other analysts by providing oversight of projects and day-to-day operational support.

• You will collaborate across teams and business units to deliver integrated solutions, translating technical concepts into business-friendly communication.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and/or 5–7 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Enterprise Applications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Oracle Visual Builder Studio development and application enhancement
  • Oracle Integration Cloud architecture, development, and troubleshooting
  • System and data integration concepts and technologies
  • Single application data flows across multiple systems
