Technical Analyst II/Work Model: Onsite, Framingham, MA

What you’ll be doing:
You will be providing day to day user support for corporate associates in the Framingham MA corporate office as well as supporting remote Staples associates. You will report to a local senior manager in Framingham. This will be a 4-days in office position, your schedule will be agreed upon with the hiring manager before starting. 24/7 on call rotation for a very limited list of VIP’s may be required.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
2+ years or greater of Personal Computer support experience: PC software / hardware, Windows 11, Apple/Mac
Mobile support experience
Microsoft Office 365
PC imaging & software deployment systems (SCCM)
Mac imaging via JAMF
Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN networks
