The individual is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of access requests across APSE- Banking Production Services (BPS) - Access Management. Responsible for Security Point of Contact (SPOC) and user administration functions as well as research, analysis, and resolution of requests according to established service level agreements and quality standards. Assists users to resolve system and business process questions and issues related to specific applications. Tracks access requests in request management system by following documented process and procedures. Interacts frequently with technical teams and business users. Identifies, escalates and assists in correcting discrepancies in process documentation or situations that create risk issues. Periodically works system issues & works closely with Business & Technical analysts to test and implement enhancements and code corrections. Requires analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Completes routine and complex requests for access administration including creating tickets, verifying approvals, providing user communications and status updates, tracking access status, application installations and setups
  • Performs SPOC function by facilitating security administration processes on behalf of other associates
  • Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & quickly resolving routine problems
  • Actively identifies and pursues process improvements
  • Participates in special projects as needed
  • Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills with ability to build partnerships across all teams and levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required (English)
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, while displaying strong attention to detail
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Should have increased awareness and exposure to basic technical principles, concepts and techniques

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Access Request Management or a related field
  • Strong understanding and experience of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices
  • Working experience in Access Request Management tools, CyberArk, Privileged Access Management solutions (PAM), Data Driven Access Requests (DDAR), Straight Through Provisioning (STP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.) with ability to quickly analyze and synthesize large volumes of data

Desired Qualifications:
