Title: Technical Analyst

Summary

Highly skilled Technical Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders

and development teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear,

implementable technical solutions, with the ability to actively support development

activities when needed. This role combines business analysis, technical design, and

hands-on contribution.

This role is central to ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into

actionable technical requirements and that the delivered application meets

expectations.

Key Responsibilities

 Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Product

Owners and the development team.

 Facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals,

constraints, and expectations.

 Translate business needs into detailed functional, non functional and technical

requirements.

 Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria,

process flows, and data models (using TargetProcess, xWiki and other tools).

 Support prioritization and backlog management.

 You will collaborate with the team in technical analysis and grooming

sessions.

 Assist in change management activities, including impact analysis and

documentation updates.

 You will participate in the release process, ensuring smooth deployments.

 Help with troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure a high

uptime and good performance.

 Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex

solutions.

 Create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and

updates.

 Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies including AI and

suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills

 You have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or

a related field.

 You have a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical Analyst or

equivalent role in applications using Angular FE, Java backend using

Microservices architecture.

 You have a strong ability to translate business concepts into structured

technical requirements.

 Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile

methodologies.

 Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

 Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 Proficiency in English is mandatory.
