Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo's products include CoinSwitch and Lemonn. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.

What You Will Do:

Technical Research – Cash Segment: Generate positional and intraday calls across indices and stocks using price action, volume analysis, market breadth, and pattern recognition (Dow theory, Fibonacci, volume profile, classical chart patterns).
Derivatives Strategy Design: Build and refine directional, spread, hedging, and volatility-based F&O strategies — balancing buying (momentum/scalping) with selling (theta decay/range-bound income) across Nifty, BankNifty, FinNifty, and Sensex.
Derivative Intelligence: Interpret OI build-up, PCR, rollovers, IV/IV skew, option chain, and Max Pain to sharpen positioning calls and underlying model logic.
Risk Architecture: Define position sizing, stop-loss logic, and Greeks-based hedging (ΔDelta Δ, ΓGamma Γ, VegaVega Vega) with disciplined, defined risk-reward frameworks across every setup.
Systematic Frameworks & Validation: Codify entry, exit, and adjustment rules into repeatable, backtestable logic — stress-tested against volatility spikes and black-swan events using historical data.
Research at Scale: Partner with product, content, and engineering to translate technical research into platform features — screeners, alerts, dashboards, and automated signals — and present views via reports, videos, and live sessions to a large retail and active-trader base.
Portfolio Analysis & Review: Conduct periodic review of client/model portfolios — assessing allocation, concentration risk, and performance against benchmarks — and recommend rebalancing or exit strategies aligned with prevailing market structure and risk appetite.

Who You Are:

The Logic-First Thinker: You don't just see a "Head and Shoulders"; you see a repeatable, systematizable set of conditions. Patterns are rules, not art.
Data-Driven: You trust backtesting and probability over gut feel or market noise. Every call has a baseline and a measurable outcome.
Cash + Derivatives Fluent: Equally at home reading equity price action and the non-linear risk of options — you know exactly when to pivot from a long-volatility play to a range-bound income strategy.
Proven Performer: You carry a documented track record in the Indian markets across both cash and derivatives, with a hit-rate or performance trail you can stand behind.
Communicator at Scale: You can simplify a complex setup for a retail audience without diluting the rigor behind it.

What You Should Have:

Experience: 10+ years in technical analysis or quantitative strategy design across the cash equity and derivatives segments.
Analytical Mastery: Deep expertise in price action, volume analysis, market structure, and the mathematical relationship between the Greeks.
Strategic Breadth: Ability to design logic for intraday scalping through multi-day positional strategies, in both cash and F&O.
Tooling: Hands-on with charting and backtesting platforms (TradingView, Amibroker, MetaStock, or equivalent); Python/Excel for backtesting a strong plus.
Certification: NISM Series-XV (Research Analyst) mandatory for public-facing calls; SEBI RA registration eligibility preferred.
Education: Background in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or CFA/CMT certification (preferred)
