Role accountabilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Assist in collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications under supervision.

2. System Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level support for applications and systems.
• Identify, analyze, and document issues, escalating when required.

3. Data & Process Analysis

• Support in analyzing workflows, system logs, and performance reports.
• Assist in preparing insights to improve processes and system efficiency.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Generate regular status reports on system performance and issue resolution.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or scripting languages is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Team player with a keen interest in technology and business processes.
