Salary Range: $64,600.00 - $86,100.00 Salary/yearIndex Analytics is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support the IDR process. The Analyst will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to review medical and billing documentation and collect information from disputing parties to assist in the resolution of disputes.
Responsibilities
- Closely review disputes in the Federal IDR Portal.
- Leverage previous experience in medical record review/billing to perform case file reviews using multiple government and IDRE systems and databases.
- Coordinate within a team of Analysts to meet productivity goals for triaging and resolving open disputes.
- Based on case review provide an assessment to inform decisions regarding eligibility and other dispute related determinations
- Identify gaps in documentation/materials needed for expeditious case resolution.
- Develop overall recommendations for enhancements to business processes, workflows, case intake/management.
- Research and develop meaningful guidance in the form of training materials, job aids, and operational documents.
- Performs data collection from multiple sources to include the web, client databases, and other resources.

Qualifications
- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in case management, benefits or eligibility processing, health program operations, or similar high-volume, process-driven environments; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage moderate to high case volumes
- Experience with case management systems, CRM platforms, or similar data tools
- Ability to follow structured workflows while exercising sound judgment
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal or state health programs (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, Medicare)
- Familiarity with HIPAA and federal data handling requirements
- Experience working in regulated, audit-driven environments

The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
