• First point contact for technical inquiries from our local customers and partners
• Scheduling and supporting local technicians and service staff in their daily work
• Participate in technical proposals and implementations to develop customised solutions
• Project participation and collaboration with e.g. development engineers, product management and other departments
• Informing and planning service information to keep our service technicians and customers well informed

• Completed technial education
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, mechanics or engines is an advatage
• Ideally some experience on technical support, service or customer care
• Enjoy solving technical challenges and working in a team environment
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented thinking
• Good Swedich and English language skills
• Open, honest and friendly manner
