Job Description

DNV Business Assurance is seeking to fill the role of Food & Beverage Technical Administrator.

This role is based in our DNV office in Houston, Texas, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and maintenance of DNV's SQF and COSTCO food safety programs.

  • This role supports technical managers, auditors, and operations teams by coordinating program requirements, managing documentation, supporting audit processes, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • This role is critical in maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements, Costco expectations, and GFSI‑aligned certification processes, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across certification activities.

What Is Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, operations, certification, or compliance experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI)
  • Experience with databases, workflow systems, or document management platforms
  • Experience working in a regulated, compliance-focused, or certification environment is an asset
  • Understanding of certification processes and audit lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of GFSI standards, accreditation requirements, and certification schemes
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
