Ben jij administratief sterk én heb je affiniteit met techniek en logistiek? Als Technical Administrator speel je een sleutelrol in het aankoopproces en ondersteun je onze technische teams met efficiënte administratie. Zo draag je bij aan een vlotte werking van één van de grootste containerterminals in de Haven van Antwerpen.
Wat ga je doen?
Je volgt aankooporders correct en tijdig op in onze ERP-systemen (Maximo en Oracle)
Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt ze en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen
Je handelt klachten en garantieprocedures af
Je denkt mee met het Procurement-team over slimme leverancierskeuzes
Je onderhoudt interne contacten (Technische Dienst, Procurement, Boekhouding) en externe relaties (leveranciers)
Je adviseert technische afdelingen over bestellingen en ondersteunt hen met diverse administratieve takenzoals klasseren van levernota’s, verwerken van timesheets van contractoren, bestellen van gereedschappen, …
Wat breng jij mee?
Bachelor in een administratieve richting én relevante ervaring in technische administratie
Affiniteit met logistiek en havenactiviteiten
Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met Maximo en/of Oracle Fusion is een plus
Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en proactief
Hands-on mentaliteit: zelfstandig werken, maar ook teamgericht
