You will be responsible for delivering quality service by assisting with technical duties including administration, finance operations and campaign fulfilment. The responsibility also extends to assisting with overflow activities, supporting the wider Member Experience Team including, but not limited to; calls, servicing tasks and ancillary claims).

This role operates as part of the broader Health Member Experience Team to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Record all member information and correspondence in appropriate systems and in accordance with AIA standards
  • Daily management of Web Member Services in HAMBS
  • Daily management of benefits and contributions
  • Ensure service level agreements across membership workflow are met within a timely and accurate manner
  • Accurate fulfilment of campaigns, ensuring payments are processed within respective times.
  • Maintaining high level service for inboxes, mail and card production.
  • Performing high quality assurance checks for various operational reports, along with overflow in the Member Experience team.
  • Other tasks as required by the Member Experience Manager.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Experience in service delivery contact centre, customer service, or member service focused environment
  • Private Health Insurance background (desirable)
  • Experience working in team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex core systems
  • HAMBS experience (desirable)
