We're seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Process Cleaning Solutions team, supporting some of Victoria's largest dairy and food manufacturing customers, based in Warrnambool servicing the Southwest Victoria region. This role offers the opportunity to partner with major producers, solve technical challenges and drive commercial growth across a well-established customer portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in dairy, food, beverage or industrial chemicals who enjoys being customer-facing and wants to build long-term relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
This role is ideally based in Warrnambool, however we are open to candidates located in the Southwest region of Victoria. Regular customer travel across the region forms part of the role.
This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting, account management and business development.
You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting technical service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their operations, troubleshoot challenges and deliver solutions that create long-term value.
You'll also help drive business growth through new product opportunities, customer engagement and lead generation across existing and prospective accounts.
