Job Description

Astrix is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing CS team in the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who loves solving complex problems, managing enterprise deployments, and guiding customers through technical success. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor for our most strategic customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth deployments, and long-term adoption of the Astrix platform.

About the role

  • Manage onboarding and deployment projects end-to-end — from initial setup to full production rollout.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between customers and Astrix teams.
  • Dig deep into technical issues, analyze logs, APIs, and integrations, and work with R&D to drive resolutions.
  • Proactively identify risks or blockers and coordinate internal resources to remove them.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
  • Drive customer enablement — help users and admins understand best practices, new capabilities, and advanced configurations.
  • Track deployment progress, communicate timelines, and ensure visibility to all stakeholders.
  • Support strategic customers in scaling Astrix across multiple entities or business units.
  • Occasionally assist with pre-sales technical validation for key opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS/cybersecurity company.
  • Former developer or proven technical expertise (comfortable digging into APIs, SQL, logs, and integrations).
  • Experience leading enterprise deployments with long implementation cycles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills — ability to “get under the hood.”
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business.
  • Project management experience handling multiple large accounts in parallel.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, identity security, or cybersecurity — a strong plus.
  • The annual compensation for this role is expected to range between $180,000–$200,000, including base salary and equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
Astrix Security

About Astrix Security

Modern businesses run on millions of machine‑to‑machine connections: Autonomous AI Agents orchestrating work, CI/CD service accounts, SaaS OAuth apps, and API keys that keep data flowing. These Agentic and Non-Human identities outnumber humans ~45 to one, inherit broad, static privileges, sit outside IAM review cycles, and often persist long after their creators leave. Attackers exploit the gap: high-profile attacks against the US Treasury, Okta, and Microsoft (Midnight Blizzard) demonstrate how a single leaked token or hijacked agent can grant root‑level access across cloud and SaaS. While existing IAM solutions focus solely on human identities, Astrix provides security teams with continuous discovery of AI agents and NHIs, risk‑based prioritization, real‑time threat detection, and automated remediation. Fortune 1,000 enterprises such as Workday, NetApp, Priceline, Hubspot, Figma and Agoda already rely on Astrix to securely unleash AI-driven automation.
