We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring seamless delivery of data-driven solutions. Based in Mumbai (EST shift, Monday to Friday, work from office), this role sits at the intersection of technology, data operations, and client success.
As a TAM, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, supporting technical integrations, and ensuring the smooth execution of data workflows across platforms. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating closely with internal engineering and sales teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of adtech and martech ecosystems, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain high service standards.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and client-facing experience, ensuring that data integrations, activations, and campaign performance meet expectations. You will also play a key role in monitoring data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and drive growth.
