Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor to paper and pulp mill accounts.

This is not a sales role. This position bridges plant operations and specialty chemical solutions, ensuring customers achieve measurable performance improvements, operational stability, and long-term value.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the lead technical point of contact

• Diagnose operational challenges and implement optimized chemical solutions

• Conduct on-site testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce disruption

• Partner with Sales, R&D, and Portfolio teams to deliver measurable value

• Lead technical reviews and contribute to business performance discussions

• Maintain detailed CRM documentation and manage opportunity pipelines

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in paper and pulp specialty chemical solutions

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to translate technical findings into business impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field preferred
