This is a Union position. You will be required to sign up with the Teamsters Union Local 853 during orientation if selected for this role. There is a starting pay rate of $28.38 with 3 step progressions to $29.83, $31.28, then $32.74, each after an additional 60 working days and training. You will need to pass a background check and CA state approved drug screen.
Essential Functions
Install accessories including: roof rack systems, trailer hitches, wireless charge pads, front and rear park assists, interior illumination kits, exterior body kits, illuminated scuff plates, frameless mirror links, upgraded fog light systems, body decals, rear bumper guards, spoilers and any new accessories put into production.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally required to stand, walk, bend and twist; use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds occasionally (frequently it will be around 25 Lbs.) Position requires bending, lifting, standing, and sitting throughout the day. Applicants must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and follow directions in English
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, working 40-hours per week. This position may require working overtime, weekends and holidays.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
May be required to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).
