Job Description

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a TechELINT Analyst. The selected candidate will augment and advance current and future analytical tool development. Selected individual will have a strong TechELINT background with a desire to provide input into new software tools.

What You'll Do

  • Perform in-depth TechELINT analysis
  • Work with cross-functional engineering teams in conducting system/software analysis activities to develop requirements and high-level design
  • Design and development of advanced technologies for signal processing, characterization and exploitation for defense applications
  • Discovery, and design and development of analytical methods to support novel approaches of data, process, information processing and information extraction
  • Provide input on roadmaps for new capability development
  • Provide technical support for program management and business development activities including proposal writing and customer development
  • Offer imaginative, thorough, practicable solutions that are consistent with organizational strategic objectives
  • Support customer engagements to translate customer operational needs into technical requirements

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma and 6+ years of technical analysis experience
  • An active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Familiar with Martes, Willow, and/or Aspen, knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles, and proficiency in handling and analyzing large data sets
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills are required
  • Ability to perform user experience testing on TechELINT tools such as Analyst Notepad
  • Ability to perform algorithm testing on TechELINT tools such as Characterizer
  • Ability to provide feedback on Notepad features such as Report Generator
  • Airborne Analysis experience

  • MESAP, MCCEP or SIGE 4810 Graduate
  • National Cryptologic School Training Certification
  • P3 Training

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $103,000 to $130,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
