Position: Techademic Coach- 2026 - 2027 SY (1 Testing Position)

Location: Sussex Technical High School

Reports To: Principal or Designee

Starting Date: September 2026

Techademic Coaching Sessions

Qualifications:

• Internal applicants only.
• Possess certification and experience in the area of coaching preferred.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Meet in-person to provide tutoring for students.
• Attend weekly session(s) as assigned.
• Supervise students after school hours in Techademic location.
• Support promotion and communication to families and staff about Techademic coaching.
• Communicate with families, teachers, and administration about students who seek Techademic coaching when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned that relate to this position.

Terms of Employment: 30 Sessions - School Year 2026-2027- 2.5 hours weekly; Wednesday Availability Preferred

In-Person Sessions:

3:00 - 5:30 pm

Salary and Benefits: $3,677 - Stipend amount per the Sussex Technical School District and STEA collective bargaining agreement.
