Job Overview:

Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant who can support a client with email marketing, newsletter creation, basic graphic design, event related tasks, and light content support.

This role is designed for someone who is not just task oriented, but thoughtful, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. The client needs someone who can write clearly, design clean materials, understand instructions quickly, and gradually learn the client’s voice, audience, and way of working.

As a Level Up Lean Pro Talent, the right candidate should bring ownership, initiative, and attention to detail. This means not only completing assigned tasks, but also helping make recurring work smoother, more organized, and easier for the client to manage over time.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Write, design, format, and prepare a monthly email newsletter, with the possibility of increasing to twice a month

• 
  Write and prepare a weekly email mailer for the client’s women’s group

• 
  Create clean and professional graphics for newsletters, email campaigns, events, and marketing materials

• 
  Use tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Eventbrite, or similar platforms

• 
  Assist with email marketing setup, formatting, scheduling, link checks, and quality review before sending

• 
  Support Eventbrite tasks, including event page updates, event details, and simple promotional materials

• 
  Help prepare or lightly edit short video content when needed, if experienced

• 
  Review work for grammar, spelling, clarity, formatting, dates, links, and brand consistency

• 
  Learn the client’s business, tone, audience, recurring events, and content preferences

• 
  Work independently with little supervision while giving clear updates and asking smart questions

• 
  Suggest simple improvements to make recurring workflows smoother and more organized

Requirements

• 
  At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, Marketing Assistant, Email Marketing Assistant, Content Assistant, or similar role

• 
  Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• 
  Strong writing skills for newsletters, email mailers, event updates, and audience-focused content

• 
  Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms

• 
  Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools

• 
  Familiarity with Eventbrite or willingness to learn quickly

• 
  Ability to create clean, simple, and brand aligned graphics

• 
  Strong attention to detail in writing, formatting, links, dates, event details, and scheduling

• 
  Able to work independently, manage recurring weekly and monthly tasks, and take ownership of assigned work

• 
  Proactive, reliable, organized, and able to adapt to the client’s tone and preferences over time

Nice to Have:
Experience editing short videos for social media, events, newsletters, or email campaigns
