THE ROLE
Reporting to the Venue Technology Manager, the Tech Training Specialist (Part Time) is primarily responsible for training front-line staff in the use and practices of point-of-sale devices during events. This position will be vital in ensuring consistent and accurate transactions, which may include card payments, Bucs App Krewe cash payments, and any applicable discounts and special promotions.
