Job Description

Primary objective of the job:

The Operations/Tech Support provides clerical, logistical & IT support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily business operations. This role is responsible for maintaining records, coordinating schedules, assisting with inventory management, and supporting compliance with company policies. The role acts as a vital link between departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operational processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stock counts and equipment audits
  • Support promotions rollouts by delivering and setting up in-store materials
  • Complete checklist and photo reports after each client visit
  • Familiarity with Island wide routing
  • Provide IT support and basic software troubleshooting
  • Escalate recurring client issues to the HOD with clear notes
  • Maintain accurate files, logs, and databases related to operations
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare reports, and support procurement activities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a point of contact between departments, vendors, and clients

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum High School Diploma/Certificate
  • 1–2 years of experience in similar support role preferred
  • Certifications: HEART Trust Certified would be an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Own and operate a reliable motor
    vehicle

Functional Skills:

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efectively
  • Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Team collaboration: Comfortable working across departments and supporting
    diverse teams
